Description: The villa is arranged on one floor, extremely luminous and very well furnished in a light modern Sardinian style. It has 3 beautiful double bedrooms, one of which with en-suite, and two bathrooms, one with a hydro-massage bath the other with a shower cabin, a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen containing fridge and freezer, four ring stove, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing-machine, and a table around which 8 people can easily be seated. The lounge area is perfect for relaxing with its comfortable sofas and satellite-TV. The dépendance, within a few yards reach from the main house, is a cosy smaller house suited for two people, with one double bedroom, a small bathroom with bathtub and a fireplace for the cooler season. It is an ideal way of accommodating friends or extra family members who need a little privacy. Both the villa and the dépendance have an air-conditioning system, which can be used for heating in winter and to keep the houses cooler in summer. Villa Luna and its dépendance are surrounded by a lovely garden with old pine and olive trees where you will be happy to find a gorgeous refreshing private pool with comfortable deck-chairs and parasols. The swimming-pool has a depth of minimum m 1.20 and 2,70 at its deepest point and, for your own security, there are life-jackets. Furthermore, there is a complete BBQ area and a covered terrace (pergola) for warm summer evenings and outdoor dining. The property overlooks the wide and open countryside and the surrounding gentle hills.
